Paula is passionate about clarity, simplicity and performance. She is a mother of two beautiful human beings, an artist, former dancer and credit manager, ice climber and clown. She is also a survivor of the darkness of depression and the burnout bubble. All these experiences are now the fire that Paula carries with her and uses in her speaking, coaching and teaching.
Originally from Finland, she has lived on three continents and now lives in Switzerland. She is a professional Life and Business Coach and speaker and loves to make people laugh and find moments of joy.
