Organizational Leadership Psychologist & Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Miranda is an organizational leadership psychologist and licensed clinical mental health counselor. She specializes in bringing trauma-informed approaches to both leadership and clinical spaces, with an emphasis on use of self. She believes in leveraging learned experience with lived experience, and that intimate self-knowledge is the key to successful, meaningful work. Her work is rooted in values of courage, curiosity, collaboration, and creativity. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Park University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Psychology at William James College, with a concentration in nonprofit and NGO management.
