Awareness x Willingness = Change

I was talking with a wise mentor, and she shared this formula with me; awareness X willingness = Change.  So simple and yet, so powerful and empowering. We’re going to explore this formula today, so stick around.

Setting out on a goal with a strong willingness to change without self-awareness is destined to fail.

Setting a goal and possessing a high level of self-awareness without a willingness to do what needs to be done is also doomed.

As I share examples of awareness and willingness rate yourself on a scale from 1-5 (1 being not at all – 5 being extremely), so you know where to focus your energy, get into alignment and soar to new heights.
